Maintaining information security is critical to a small company like ours. If we were to lose a current customer due to a cybersecurity breach, it would put us at risk of losing that customer. The interface to create a phishing campaign is very intuitive and it is really good to be able to run a campaign over a long period to avoid staff sharing the fact that they received a phishing email. I also like the way you can schedule training for those who fall into the trap and can track their progress. I have also used the Management reports to present to the company owners which can show progress between campaigns.

I liked the overall ease of use the most. We were able to tailor the templates to match what we were trying to accomplish. I liked the reporting features and overall the reports in general. The knowledge we gathered from these reports helped target the end-users who failed the test.

Another thing that I love about this tool is the fact that it provides a detailed report on the completed campaign. It's easy for companies to track employees' participation and performance and reinforce cyber awareness in the workplace.
