Phishingbox is a growing cyber security company in downtown Lexington, KY that’s looking for a passionate customer success associate. With a customer-facing focus, we are looking for an individual who has a passion for helping clients.
Responsibilities:
- In charge of onboarding
- Assess client usage of the platform and proactively reach out to those at risk
- Educate customers on new features, and solutions to issues they might experience
- Facilitate company-wide customer feedback loop
- Assist account renewals and increase renewals rates
- Compile and Prepare reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Work with technical support to solve any problems experienced on the platform by customers
- Give feedback about ways to improve user experience on the platform
Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence
- Ability to convey technical concepts to a variety of audiences
- Business acumen and ability to tie software product to business outcomes
- Work experience in a business environment that is expanding and changing
- Structuring regular business reviews, including analyzing data and creating a presentation
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset with great attention to details
Compensation:
- Actual compensation offered will be based on experience and skills
- Target $38,000 to $48,000 annual compensation, contingent on qualifications
