You will need to ensure high quality customer service and technical troubleshooting to our clients.  You will need to proactively research and integrate product changes into the daily support process.  Must maintain a consultative approach to customer support and program implementation.  In this position, you will act as an intermediary between our clients and our team members to resolve technical issues.  You will also perform other duties as assigned.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
          • Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related program or an equivalent
            combination of education and work experience
          • At least 2 years of demonstrated success in customer support required
          • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
          • Self-motivated and driven with great time management skills
          • Must enjoy the rewards and challenges of a collaborative group
          • Adaptive skills, learns quickly, asks questions and solves problems
            independently
          • Great attention to detail
          • Able to manage priorities
          • Able to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction
          • Understands how to communicate sensitive information
          • Responds well to coaching and feedback
 
Compensation:
          • Actual compensation offered will be based on experience and skills
          • $30,000 to $50,000 annual compensation, contingent on qualifications
