PhishingBox EU Instance

Within the European Union, PhishingBox maintains hosting and processing systems. Below are some questions and answers related to the PhishingBox EU instance.

If you have selected the EU instance and use the default landing page server and email server, you data will remain within the EU. However, your administrators have the ability to configure other email servers and landing pages, which PhishingBox would not then control.
Yes. The same audited controls are in place for the PhishingBox EU instance. These controls are listed on the Trust Center.
No. An account must be established on one instance of the other. Data does not cross over from instances without a formal migrations request through the PhishingBox support team.
If you select the EU instance, all sub-processors are within the EU.
Our EU instance is using the Amazon Web Services (AWS) within the EU.

Yes, but the accounts are managed separately, so much consideration should be made before using the split arrangement.
No. The feature sets are the same for both systems. However, there may be some minor differences in access or routes, such as programming end-points with using the API.
